When I first started to lose weight my trainer advocated that I write down everything I eat down.  It was awful but it really makes you realize how much you are consuming so here we go again:
I am keeping a food journal....everything consumed must be written down.  And I am making myself be honest.  We are doing our first weigh in tomorrow at work for the Biggest Loser competition.  I will provide an update then!
